Okay so this is seriously one of the best salads I’ve ever made. I saw the fennel in Trader Joe’s and I just impulsively grabbed it. (One of my better impulses this year for sure.)
After an intense game of Pictionary on Sunday night — which was accompanied by four bottles of wine — I needed to cuddle up to something warm and comforting last night for dinner after my long day at work post-Pictionary. How would you draw “clear cut”?!
